Other than travel agencies, how can a couple find "last minute deals" on cruises?

   check priceline.com, travelocity, or call the cruise lines directly – if they are really under booked they will work some good deals.

   Go to the best cheap travel sites and look. Expedia, Priceline and the one with the gnome are more hype and clever marketing than a place to find the best deals. Both Shermans travel and travelzoo have an email mailing list for the best in last minute deals. I’ve had great luck with those two and suggest them over anything else.

   I have used "vacations to go" and like them a lot. You need to know though, they are a travel agency and so is priceline, travelocity, etc. It is just a little different way of doing things. These companies buy the cruises in bulk and then sell them. That is how they can offer good deals. I have found vacations to go better then priceline and travelocity, because the just do cruises.

   On-line agents are travel agents.

   Some of us do book last minute deals that you won’t find on a cruise web site.

   There are lots of cruises to choose from and you can sort them by date, price, # of days, etc.

   http://www.sixxpaktravel.com or check out the cruise lines it slef, they have the last min. deals some are GREAT Deals some are not. Its luck of the draw when on the cruise sites
