My family LOVES cruising because there's no way to get bored being in one place. Also, when you're on a cruise ship it's like being on a traveling home. It's a place to feel safe and secure...and you can visit numerous places in the time that you would only be in one single place on a resort. :] We do Carnival. You don’t get any culture doing either of those. Try staying at a couple different places. Make sure you get off of the resort and try the local food. Try to get where the tourists are not.
